By purchasing from Erratic Press, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

Products
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph all items. Vintage and collectible items are sold in the condition described. Minor wear consistent with age is expected and will be noted in listings.

Orders & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments. Inventory is managed across multiple platforms. In the rare event that an item sells out before our listings can be updated, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We do not substitute items without customer approval.

Shipping
At this time, Erratic Press ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders ship via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

Returns
Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items damaged in transit or not as described will be refunded or exchanged at no cost to the customer. All sales on digital downloads are final.

Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final. Files are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

Intellectual Property
All original content on this site is property of Erratic Press. Items resold are done so with appropriate rights.
